Bootheel man arrested for drugs

CARUTHERSVILLE - A routine traffic stop led to an arrest of a man on drug charges.

At 1:50 a.m. today, Caruthersville Police stopped a vehicle due to defective equipment. While talking to the driver, according to Caruthersville City Marshal Chris Riggs, officers observed drug paraphernalia in his pocket.
