Games postponed

Heavy snowfall across the region led to the cancellation of local high school sporting events on Thursday and have left many in jeopardy for Friday night. The Sikeston girls basketball game at Poplar Bluff, scheduled for Thursday, has been rescheduled for tonight with the junior varsity game beginning at 6 p.m., weather permitting. There has been no word on the rescheduling of the many other events postponed on Thursday.
