CHARLESTON -- The Missouri General Assembly closed Friday with plenty of new legislation in place but missed the main target, according to a local representative.
"We went into this session, and what did everybody say was the No. 1 thing? Job development. And did we do anything significant in that area? No, I don't feel like we did," state House Democrat Steve Hodges, 161st District, said Monday.
