BENTON -- Following allegations of sex crimes brought forward last month, a Scott County grand jury has charged Ronald Sherrod for several crimes, including forcible rape and armed criminal action.
Sherrod, 59, of Sikeston, is charged with statutory sodomy, forcible rape, armed criminal action, child molestation, sexual misconduct and furnishing pornographic materials to minors.
