Charity walk is more than a fundraiser

SIKESTON - The Kenny Rogers Children's Center charity walk is more than a fundraiser, it's a tradition.

For 38 years, the walk has brought in money to help the staff at KRCC continue to provide therapy services to children in Southeast Missouri.

This year's event is slated for Saturday, with registration opening at 9:30 a.m. on the grounds of the First Assembly Recreational Complex on North Ingram.
