NEW MADRID -- The Sikeston Bulldogs improved to 5-1 on the season with a 51-6 victory at New Madrid County Central on Friday.
Sikeston led 44-0 at the half, including an interception and fumble return for touchdowns.
By halftime, the Eagles (0-5) were held to minus-four yards of total offense. They finished the game with 102 yards total.
Sikeston's James Watson rushed for 123 yards on 14 carries with three touchdowns in the first half, pushing his season total past 1,000 yards.
