Fire watch

Jeremy Ruby activates the water cannon while Richard Edwards, Marston's Fire Chief, watches as firefighters work to contain the fire which burned dozens of cotton modules at the Richardson Cotton Gin at Marston. The fire was first reported at 11:15 p.m. Sunday and continued to put out thick smoke throughout the day Monday. Officials closed a portion of the highway due to the smoke.
