DEXTER -- Rodney L. Corlew, 52, died Feb. 12, 2012, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.

Born July 9, 1959, in Poplar Bluff, to Mary M. Litzler Corlew of Dexter and the late Charles William Corlew, he had lived all his life in Essex and Dexter. He was a self-employed truck driver and a member of the Lighthouse Christian Center in Dexter.

On Feb. 18, 1995, in Dexter, he married Vickie Edwards who survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to his mother include: two daughters, Jessica Corlew of Bloomfield and Lindsey Corlew of Springfield; two brothers, Michael Joe Corlew of Essex and Charles Ray Corlew of Aid; three sisters, Sandy K. McMullin, Charlotte A. Stutts and Mary Jan Wheeler of Essex; and one granddaughter.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. today at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Rick Patterson of Athens, Tenn., and the Rev. Tim Russell of Dexter will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
