SIKESTON -- Georgia Frances Williams, age 81, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, at her home in Sikeston.

She was born May 12, 1930, in Matthews, to the late George and Elizabeth Bryant Myers. A member of the Tanner Street Church of God in Sikeston, she graduated from Matthews High School and had worked for Osco Drug Store and later Super D Drugs before retiring.

She was married to Harold D. Williams who preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son, Mark Williams of Morehouse; one brother, Richard Mills of Sikeston; one sister, Jerry Reubeck of Spring Lake, Mich.; and four grandchildren, Tiffinie Williams and Jessica Cummings of Wichita, Kan., and Rachel Gates and Molly Williams of Sikeston.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one son, Ronald Gene Williams.

Visitation will be held from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, at the Ponder Funeral Home where funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27. The Rev. John Neeley, pastor of the Tanner Street Church of God, will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
