PORTAGEVILLE -- Arnett Mary Murrell, 88, died April 3, 2012, at Pemiscot County Memorial Hospital in Hayti.
Born April 30, 1923, in Sikeston, to the the late Arthur and Ruth Terrett Fisher, she was a member of the Eastern Star.
On Aug. 10, 1940, in Portageville, she married Grady Odell Murrell Sr. who preceded her in death on April 24, 1995.
She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Betty Lou Murrell and Rita Faye Murrell Cashion, and one grandchild, Daniel Arlan Cashion.
Survivors include: one son, Grady Odell "Butch" Morrell Jr. of Portageville; one sister, Helen Moylan of Malden; four grandchildren, Misty Renea Hall, Heather Danielle Priggel and Tracy Michelle Leonard of Portageville and Heath Hunter Cashion of Cape Girardeau; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 6-8:30 p.m. today at the DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday.
Burial will follow in the Little Prairie Cemetery in Caruthersville.
