CLARKSVILLE, Ind. -- Theophilus David Ferrell, newborn son of Daniel and Jodi Avery Ferrell of Clarksville, died April 10, 2012, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by: maternal grandparents, Mary Fowler and Mike Avery of Scott City, Mo.; paternal grandparents, Glyn and Kim Ferrell of Benton, Mo.; and paternal great-grandmother, Coralie Robertson of Cape Girardeau, Mo.
A graveside service was conducted today at the Unity Baptist Cemetery in Benton with the Revs. Dennis Lowe and Kenny Strong officiating.
The Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel of Scott City was in charge of arrangements.
