Preparing for visitors

A worker from Armstrong Seamless Guttering of Jackson installs new gutters on a home at the corner of First and East Cypress in Charleston on Thursday. Events for Charleston's 44th Annual Dogwood-Azalea Festival will begin Tuesday with the beauty pageants with Festival activities opening April 19.
