SIKESTON - While the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo raises money which goes back into the community, there is another special fundraiser connected to the rodeo.
On Friday, the Sikeston Jaycees will again host a golf tournament with proceeds going to the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund. The fund provides financial aid to professional rodeo athletes and their families in the event of catastrophic injury. According to the company, 100 percent of all contributions received are disbursed to eligible applicants.
