AVA -- Jordan Stewart, 23, formerly of Portageville, died Sept. 12, 2012, at Gainesville.
Born May 13, 1989, in Kennett, to Tina Asher of Gainesville, he worked at BassCat Boat Company.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by: his grandmother, Betty Jackson of Gainesville; one sister, Melissa Stewart of Gainesville; three uncles, Manuel Asher of Gainesville, Matthew Asher of West Plains and Ervin Asher of St. Louis; and four aunts, Vickie Quick of St. James and Barb Dame, Denise Snyder and Debbie Mathis of St. Louis.
Visitation is scheduled after 5 p.m. today at the DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Charlie Thacker will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
