SIKESTON -- Naomi Ruth Davis, 92, died Jan. 27, 2013, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Oct. 10, 1920, in Harmony, Ark., daughter of the late Richard Scott and Edna Payne Allen, she was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
On July 10, 1937, at Cove Creek, Ark., she married Marvin Harold Davis, who preceded her in death Feb. 4, 1993.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Dorothy Sliger; seven brothers; and six sisters.
Survivors include: two sons, Jimmy Allen Davis of Sikeston and Jerry Wayne Davis of Liberty; one daughter, Beatrice Ann Davis of House Springs; one sister, Virginia Bridges of McFarland, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Ponder Funeral Home, where funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
Pallbearers will be Don Chance, Thom Henzi, Adam Taylor and Jeff Nahlik.
