MARBLE HILL -- Kristie Jany, 41, died March 6, 2013, at her home.
Born Oct. 19 1971, in Cape Girardeau, she was the daughter of Velma Kay Miller Sontag of Marble Hill. She had lived in Dexter before moving to Marble Hill and was of the Baptist belief.
In addition to her mother, survivors include: one son, Brad Jany of Sikeston; one daughter, Tasha Jones of Sikeston; three brothers, Randy Jany of New Jersey and Michael Sontag and Jason Sontag of Marble Hill; and one sister, Diane Cluck of Marble Hill.
Services were conducted today at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter with Everett Owens of Dexter officiating.
Burial followed in the Dexter Cemetery.
