BELL CITY -- Raymond W. Bollinger, 82, of Bell City, passed away March 19, 2013, at Hunter Acres in Sikeston. BELL CITY -- Raymond W. Bollinger, 82, of Bell City, passed away March 19, 2013, at Hunter Acres in Sikeston.

Born Feb. 20, 1931, in Bell City, son of the late Eugene and Stella Winemiller Bollinger, Raymond drove a truck for Robert Driskell Lime Co. and David Jo Eakins Lime Co. He loved bluegrass music and the Arrowhead Campground.

Raymond and Joann Williams were united in marriage on Oct. 25, 1980, at Bell City. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, David Bollinger of Kelso; two stepsons, Billy Hunsperger of Clarkton and Steve Hunsperger of Holts Summit; five daughters, Donna Swindell of Evansville, Ind., Diane Hunsperger of Bell City, Dana Barrett of Jackson, Bridgette Beninati of Cape Girardeau and Christy Copeland of Chaffee; one brother, Donald Bollinger of Leora; and 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a stepson, Dennis Hunsperger.

Services were conducted today at the Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance with the Rev. Ted Stone officiating.

Burial followed at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Bell City.
