Many Easter events are scheduled

SIKESTON -- Several groups in Sikeston have organized various Easter-themed events for the whole family this weekend and next.

For starters, on Saturday Sikeston Factory Outlet Stores is hosting "Meet the Easter Bunny" from noon to 3 p.m. at building space No. 28 next to Carter's.

"We will give out candy to the kids, and everybody receives a coupon booklet," Kyla Evans, marketing manager of Sikeston Factory Outlet Stores. "We'll have a few other activities and coloring pages."
