SIKESTON -- Walter Bizzell was a man who described about anyone he knew as a neighbor. And he knew a lot of people.

Bizzell, who was known in Sikeston by some as a former postal carrier, to others as the founder of Bizzell Lawn Care and around Scott County for his time as a county commissioner, died early Monday morning. He was 80.
