Fortunately for Post 369 they were able to answer with a combined eight runs in those same frames to extend their advantage to six-runs at 13-7 going into the final inning.

East Prairie added one more run in the ninth, but wasn't able to finish off a comeback. They're final lead of game came after a run in the fourth put them on top 2-1.

Scott County rallied for a pair of runs the following innings, however, to retake the lead.

Picking up the win Brent Forck went all nine innings on the mound. He allowed eight runs, four earned, on 11 hits and four walks while striking out eight.

At the plate both Trent Pobst and Zach Carlyle went 2 for 4 with two RBI. Jordan Kinder added two hits and a pair of runs scored to the cause with Dominique Hooper singling and driving in a pair of runs.

Forck and Logan Henson scored two runs each for Post 369 in the contest.
