Charleston teenager is arrested on gun charges

CHARLESTON -- A Charleston teen is in custody awaiting arraignment after his arrest on gun-related charges in Mississippi County.

According to Missouri Case.net, Decarlos F. Clemons Jr., 19, was arrested by the Charleston Department of Public Safety on felony charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.
