Arrest made in Charleston shooting

CHARLESTON -- A man wanted in the shooting of a Charleston man was arrested Monday by law enforcement.

About 11:15 a.m. Monday, Charleston Department of Public Safety officers arrested Decarlos Clemons, 19, of Charleston for his involvement in the Aug. 13 shooting of 20-year-old Christopher Smith, according to DPS Director Robert Hearnes.
