BENTON -- An Illinois musician, who has worked with recording artists Faith Hill and Richard Marx, will headline a variety show next weekend to benefit the band program at Kelly schools.

Singer, songwriter and producer Steve Hornbeak of Tamms, Ill., and the Mainstreet Players will perform beginning at 7 p.m. Nov. 9 in the Kelly High School gym, 4035 Missouri Highway 77, in Benton.

Hornbeak worked on keyboards and as a vocalist with recording artists John Michael Montgomery, Faith Hill and Richard Marx.
