Gays, lessies and high rent

I would like to announce to the person that was in SpeakOut about gays and lessies, yes sir, it is a sin. Males and females are supposed to be united, not two men and two women. And also to the landlords of Sikeston, we cannot pay rent in Sikeston on government checks. If you would lower your rent, you might get a renter.

Paid for not doing the job

I'm reading that SEMO is going to pay a fired coach for not doing his job, he is to be paid $145,000. I don't know who decides the details of the contracts. I assume whomever they are, they are supposed to be smart and educated people. Normally when you get fired for not doing your job, that is it. No one earns $145,000. It seems to me that they should use a little commonsense along with their book learning. Maybe if the colleges didn't spend 90 percent of their time, energy and money on sports, and more on education, college tuition wouldn't be so outrageous.

A basketful of goodies

I live at Kathleen Manor and I got this laundry basket full of all kinds of good stuff from Laundry Baskets Full of Love. I just want to thank everybody that delivered it and bought the stuff. It will be really appreciated. Thank you very much for everything. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Sunday singing

I was very disappointed that the Sikeston Choir's Christmas program was held on Sunday evening this year. Whatever happened to schools working around church nights for their events? I hope this don't happen anymore.
