If you have a child or know a child that will be age 4 or 5 by July 31, 2014, they are eligible for preschool (age 4) or kindergarten (age 5). Screening will be at the elementary school on Friday, March 21, 2014. You MUST have an appointment to be screened. To schedule an appointment, call the elementary office at 573-379-5706. Kids will get a prize for coming!
Required documents to bring on March 21 are listed below:
Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Current Shot Record and Proof of Residency (nothing before February 2014). Proof of Residency can be any one of the following: current utility bill, current rent receipt with physical address or any current bill with physical address.
