Class 4, District 1 tournament postponed

Due to the inclement weather that moved through the area Sunday, the Class 4, District 1 tournament has been postponed.

The girls semifinal round that was scheduled for Monday has been moved to Thursday. Top-seeded Dexter will take on Kennett at 6 p.m. on Thursday and No. 3 Sikeston will play No. 2 Notre Dame at 7:30 p.m.

At press time, the boys semifinal is still scheduled for Tuesday. Top-seeded Sikeston will take on No. 4 Kennett at 6 p.m. and second-seeded Notre Dame will play No. 3 Cape Central at 7:30 p.m.
