CARUTHERSVILLE - A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of an arsonist.
The Caruthersville Police and the Missouri State Fire Marshal are investigating a fire which began around 9 p.m. March 11 at 802 E. 18th St. The Fire Marshal has ruled the fire was the result of arson.
