Thursday, June 19, 2014

Atlanta Falcons Pro Bowl safety William Moore is coming home to Hayti to host a free youth football camp on Saturday.

The former University of Missouri and Hayti Indians standout, along with Sharod "Roddy" White (Atlanta Falcons) and Peria Jerry (Atlanta Falcons), will hold the camp from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at Hayti High School.

The camp provides youth ages 7-12 with the opportunity to work on their technical football skills and teamwork, while building sportsmanship and self-esteem both on and off the field. Each participant will receive a t-shirt, lunch, and a goodie bag. Camp pre-registration has closed and a limited number of day-of registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The William Moore Youth Football Camp is made possible by Hayti High School, Mayor Bobby Watkins, A1 Auto Tire & Diesel Repair, LLC, the Atlanta Falcons, Casey's Pizza, the Hayti Rotary Club, Hays Store, Hibbett Sports, the NFL, Subway, and The Store.
