CANALOU - Two people riding an all-terrain-vehicle were injured when it overturned.
At 8:15 p.m. Friday on Route A, one mile south of Canalou, Willard L. Robinson, 24, of Canalou and Austin E. Cummins, 18, of Canalou were driving their ATVs westbound, when Robinson's vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway striking Cummins' vehicle. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's report, Robinson's vehicle then rolled over ejecting him and his passenger, Crystal A. Burleson, 31, of Canalou.
Burleson received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Robinson, who had minor injuries, refused treatment at the scene.
