RISCO -- Hunter Schlosser scored 19 points and had five rebounds leading the Oran Eagles past Risco 61-44 on the road Tuesday.
Max Priggel added 14 points, five rebounds and three steals for Oran (2-2) while Jacob Priggel scored 11 and grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds.
Risco (0-6) was led by Cody Young's 15 points. Luke Simmons added 11 and Drew Fortner chipped in 10.
Risco will be on the road on Thursday night against Delta C-7 for a Tri-County Conference matchup. Oran will host Scott City on Friday.

__Meridian, Ill. 52, Scott Central 42__
MERIDIAN, Ill. -- After taking a four-point lead into halftime the Scott County Central Bravettes saw a rough final two quarters lead to a 52-42 road loss to Meridian, Ill. on Tuesday.
The Bravettes out-paced Meridian 10-6 in the first quarter to gain a four-point lead that held until the half, 19-15. Meridian out-scored the Bravettes 19-13 in the fourth quarter to prevent any chance at a comeback.
Leading Scott Central was Johneisha Daniel with 17 points and 13 rebounds for a double-double. Maddison Avance finished with 10 points and three rebounds while Hailey Kesler had six points to go with a team-high seven assists and five steals.
__Junior High Basketball__
CHARLESTON -- The Sikeston Junior High basketball teams split with Charleston on Tuesday at Charleston Middle School.
The Sikeston eighth grade squad improved to 4-0 on the season with a 48-36 win over Charleston.
Sikeston led 28-17 at the half and 43-24 heading into the fourth quarter. Charleston was able to trim the lead to nine points in the fourth but wouldn't get any closer.
Kevin Jones led Sikeston with 19 points followed up by Nate Self's 16 points.
"This is a good win for our team," Sikeston coach Derek James said. "We came in with a focus and we played very, very hard and when we do that I can live with the results. I was very happy with our energy level and our intensity. Charleston got after us a little bit late and we didn't handle it very well, but hopefully we'll learn from our mistakes in that fourth quarter."
Clifford Johnson led Charleston with 18 points.
In the seventh grade game, the two teams were deadlocked at 14-14 after one quarter, but Charleston went on a 27-0 run in the second quarter to blow the game open.
The Sikeston seventh grade (2-4) out-scored the Bluejays 28-14 in the second half to make the score more respectable.
Payton Howard led Sikeston with 21 points.
Charleston was led by Isaiah Gillespie with 22 points and Terridean Bogan with 15 points.
Both of Sikeston's teams will be in action tomorrow at the Sikeston Junior High when they play New Madrid County Central at 5:30 p.m.

DEXTER (SMNS) -- The Dexter Bearcats high school wrestling program continued its early season dominance Tuesday night with a 55-15 victory against New Madrid County Central in its first home meet of the season.
Dexter won 10 of its 13 matches against New Madrid Count Central.
Five of the victories were by fall, three of the wins were by forfeit, one was by major decision and another was by decision.
"I thought we came out and wrestled hard and stayed aggressive," Dexter coach James Sneed said. "Early in the season we are just trying to get in shape and wrestle hard."
The Bearcats have won six of its first seven matches. Its only loss this season is to Sikeston.
Dexter takes on Notre Dame and Poplar Bluff Tuesday on the road at 5 p.m.
"We've had a successful start to the year," Sneed said. "We split our first duel of the year. Sikeston is pretty tough. Since then we've won five in a row."
