Arizona man arrested on firearm charge in 'very unusual case'

BENTON -- Some arrests are easier than others.

James Elmer Crowell, 68, of Kingman, Ariz., was arrested Sunday evening for the felony of possession of a firearm.

According to Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter, Cpl. Justin Wooten, driving a marked county patrol vehicle, was arriving at the home of Sgt. Brant Pratt, when he observed a van with Arizona license plates drive into Pratt's front yard.
