Dale Graham swings the arm of the vacuum as it sweeps up leaves along the curb of College Avenue as Glenn Hoskins drives the tractor. Sikeston Department of Public Works crew welcomed drier days as they worked to catch up on the city's leaf collection program. According to Brian Dial, street superintendent, the collection is about three days behind. Crews are expecting to work their way to Main Street by today then will collect leaves from Main Street to the east Sikeston city limits during the next days, weather permitting.
