EAST PRAIRIE -- Carlla Ann Pate Turnbo, 75, died at 9:58 a.m. Jan. 18, 2015, at her home.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Nelson Memorial United Methodist Church with Brian Abbott officiating.

Burial will follow in the East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
