CHARLESTON -- Two Sikeston men and a Charleston man face charges after a series of burglaries was solved by the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department.
Dalton Taylor Ditto, 20, and Tyler Wade Young, 20, of Sikeston and Nicholas Andrew Bradley, 22, of Charleston are each charged with burglary in the first degree, a class B felony punishable upon conviction by up to 15 years imprisonment; and theft/stealing of a fiirearm, a class C felony punishable upon conviction by up to seven years imprisonment. Ditto and Young also face a misdemeanor property damage charge.
According to Mississippi County Sheriff Keith Moore, the investigation began early last month when a county resident reported to Chief Deputy Charlie Marcum that his residence had been burglarized overnight, and several firearms had been taken from the home.
