Scholarship awarded

Richland R-1 senior Joe Foster shows off a new Southeast Missouri State University folder after recently receiving a full ride scholarship at the state Beta Convention in Branson. Foster, earlier in the year, filled out an application and wrote and essay to be considered for the Missouri Beta Club Scholarship. During the convention Foster, along with others, was interviewed by the Missouri Beta Council to be considered for the award.
