I'd like to know if it's true or not that South American Mexicans outbid everyone else on the concrete job for the toll road 130 in Texas. This road took place of Highway 95 that was a free road for everyone that the United States citizens had paid for already. This toll road came down on top of this road, and it now costs people to get on this road which we already owned before. Is this road being paid for by Hispanics that outbid everybody and now they can collect on it for 50 years and it goes all to Mexico. Is this true? When I drove down there last week, there are no exits on this toll road for little towns and all the little towns are going to get cut off. This infrastructure comes all the way up through the United States and goes all the way to Canada and shoots to Mexico, and they are supposed to use the tolls they are making off of us to pay for the structure down in Mexico, South America. When I got off the road down in Dallas, it took me 30-45 minutes to find an entrance to get back on that toll. Are all these little towns going to be ruined because there's no entrance and exit off this road?
Good question, but we do not know the answer.
