No help

My daughter can't get any help, no food stamps, no housing, no job. What is she supposed to do - have a lot of kids so she can get some help? She was born here. Maybe we need to drop you off in Mexico.

Prayer request

I have a daughter. I am 70 years old. My daughter is 46 years old and she has been diagnosed with lung cancer. She's going through a lot right now. They think it may have also gone to her brain and other places. She is going through chemo. What I'd like to speakout about is the lack of some people around in our little churches that don't seem to care. They don't want to help, they don't want to answer their phones. I love Jesus with all my heart. I've always had a big heart and I can't understand why people are not subject to open up and call and check on her. I don't understand, I just don't. Christians out there, will you please pray for my daughter that God will put his hand on her? I want every Christian out there to pray for her because she needs this. Her name is Kelly and she needs this. Please pray for her. She is so very special.

Keep Garfield out of garden

We are very frustrated. We work hard to plant a garden, only to wake up every morning to see where a cat and has pooped and dug around to cover it up. In the process, the cat digs up several of our plants. People on Arlington, if you want a cat, fine, but please keep them inside.

Put down your phones

I am once again calling about the misuse of cellphones. I am a citizen of Sikeston and go to numerous places in town to do business. I am so sick and tired of seeing workers that are supposed to be helping customers with a cellphone stuck to their ear or they're texting. Some don't even look up to greet you when you come in. I think the bosses around this town need to put their foot down and make them keep their cellphones out of the work place.
