Jury finds Mississippi County man guilty of sexual abuse

CHARLESTON - An East Prairie was convicted by a jury of sexual abuse.

According to Mississippi County Prosecuting Attorney Darren Cann, Jewell Dean Woods, 45, was convicted of sexual abuse after a jury trial at the Mississippi County Courthouse in Charleston on May 7. Judge Scott Horman presided.
