Body of missing girl found in pond


**Wickliffe, Ky., girl who went missing Wednesday was found Thursday morning near home

WICKLIFFE, Ky. -- The body of 8-year-old Skyleigh Pool, who had been missing since Wednesday. was recovered from a pond early Thursday near her home.

The Ballard County Sheriff's Department confirmed Skyleigh was found about a quarter of a mile from her home Thursday morning.

Dean Patterson with Kentucky State Police said Skyleigh's body was found in a pond near her home. No foul play is suspected.
