County road resurfacing project progressing well

BENTON -- The Scott County Highway 266 project is well past the halfway mark.

Jamie Burger, presiding commissioner, said during the Commission's regular meeting Tuesday that the Highway 266 project was divided into four phases, three of which are now finished.

"Today is the last day we will be paving this week, because we have some preparation work to do for phase four," Burger said.
