Laughing on lumping

I'm laughing while reading the speakout called "Lump this." I have always said that Michael Jensen can make you feel guilty for drawing Social Security. I am 77 years old and I retired at age 72. Thank you for letting me have my say.

Looking fine on the front

Thank you, thank you, thank you for a beautiful front page of our newspaper on Oct. 5. If you haven't seen it, go to the Standard Democrat and ask for a copy. Keep the crap on the back pages. Thank you so much.

Limit Disability

I want to speakout about Social Security going broke. Disability Social Security benefits start sometime when recipients are children. Social Security starts when they are retirement age. There needs to be a limit placed on disability.

Haven't seen a flush

I live in Westview subdivision off of BB, and we have three men over the water district. The fire hydrants are supposed to be flushed so often, and I've never once seen our fire hydrants flushed. When you go to town, you see people flushing them and keeping them nice. What's wrong with the three men that are getting paid to take care of our water?

Carter has met his match

I never thought anybody could replace Jimmy Carter, but I think the brother in the White House has done passed him by.
