A visit with Santa

Instead of his sleigh, Santa took the New Madrid City fire truck through town to visit with children as his helpers passed out bags of goodies on Saturday. Two youngsters managed to get a closer look at Santa and assured him that, yes, they had been good this year. The New Madrid Volunteer Fire Department annually hosts Santa on his tour of the town.
