CHARLESTON, Mo. --Two East Prairie men are in custody awaiting arraignment on drug-related charges.
According to Missouri Case.net, Christopher V. Gephart, 35, and Brandon Groves, 24, were arrested by the Charleston Department of Public Safety. Gephart was arrested on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, deliver or manufacture, resisting/interfering with arrest and possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked/suspended. Groves was arrested on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, deliver or manufacture, resisting/interfering with arrest and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution.
