SIKESTON -- Scott County Central overcame a fast start by visiting Oak Ridge and rolled to a 76-37 win Friday night.
Scott Central held a slim 18-17 lead after one quarter but then held the Bluejays to just 20 points the rest of the way while scoring 58 points.
Garry Wilkerson led Scott Central (8-6) with 20 points while Jeffery Porter added 17 points. Deven Blackmon and Deantrell Beard each finished with 15 points.
Nathan Bolin led Oak Ridge with 12 points.

MALDEN, Mo. -- Trevor Ison scored 24 points and Shamaudre Barber added 14 as Malden picked up a win over visiting New Madrid County Central Friday.
The Green Wave (10-4) fell behind 22-20 at halftime, but outscored NMCC 21-12 in the third quarter. Ison scored 13 points in the third quarter alone.
NMCC (7-6) was led by Chris Farr's 17 points. Javarcus Word added 14 and Palmer Campbell scored 10.

BELL CITY, Mo. (SMNS) -- Peyton Maddox nailed a game-high 32 points to lead the Cubs in the high-fouling conference victory at home over the winless Rebels.
Cole Nichols added 15 points for Bell City (8-5, 2-1 SCAA Conference), which led 40-14 at halftime. The Cubs got 30 of their total 73 points at the charity line, as both times combined for a total of 49 fouls.
Garet Phillips, Preston Tilley and Hunter Walker all had 10 points apiece to pace Richland (0-10, 0-4).
