HERNANDO, Miss. - Robert "Dobey" Parr, 61, died Jan. 16, 2016, in Sikeston, Mo.

Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven.

Burial will follow at the Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven.
