SIKESTON -- Sikeston won their sixth-straight, thrashing Scott City 70-24 on the road Thursday night.
The 70 points was Sikeston's biggest offensive output of the season as the Lady Bulldogs jumped out to a 20-4 lead in the first quarter and held a comfortable 44-12 lead at halftime.
Tyeshia Mitchell poured in 16 points to lead the Lady Bulldogs while Erica Peet finished with 14 and Kiera Steward 10 as 10 Sikeston players found the scoring column.
Ginny Mott had 11 points to lead Scott City (1-15).
Sikeston (16-3) will be back in action Monday when they host Jackson.

SIKESTON -- The Scott County Central had no trouble with visiting Caruthersville Thursday night, holding the Lady Tigers to 22 points and just four points in the second half.

LaQuisha Strickland and Maddison Avance each scored 19 points to lead the Bravettes while Hailey Kesler tossed in 13.

ORAN, Mo. -- The Oran Lady Eagles stayed unbeaten in the Scott-Mississippi Conference with a convincing win over visiting Charleston Thursday.
Oran (17-3, 5-0) led 33-17 at the half and put the game away by outscoring the Lady Bluejays 24-11 in the final eight minutes in a game that featured 46 fouls and 64 free throws.
Oran's Leah Cauble lit the nets with a game-high 29 points as Jessie Long and Claire Ramsey each finished with 11 points. Ashlyn McIntosh pulled down 10 rebounds.
Connor Watkins paced Charleston (10-7, 4-1) with 15 points while Cheyenne Randle added 10.

HAYTI, Mo. -- Hayti's Kedron Rollings scored on a drive at the buzzer in overtime and the fourth-seeded Indians advanced to the championship of the Bootheel Conference Tournament.
Top-seeded Malden (16-5), who trailed by as many as eight in the fourth quarter, was able to tie the game at 62-62 at the end of regulation but gave up the score at the end of overtime and saw their nine-game winning streak snapped.

HAYTI, Mo. -- Third-seeded South Pemiscot got a late free throw from Steven Wilbourn and held on to defeat second-seeded Caruthersville in the semifinals of the Bootheel Conference Tournament Thursday night.
Caruthersville (11-7) had one final chance to win the game but a shot by Tyrone Alston wouldn't fall.
Freshman Dominique Hardimon finished with a game-high 21 points and 12 rebounds to lead South Pemiscot (18-4) while Michael Smith poured in 19 and Wilbourn finished with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Alston led Caruthersville with 19 points while Deandre Davis and Lamonte Bell each finished with 14 points.
South Pemiscot will take on Hayti tonight at 8:30 in the championship game of the Bootheel Conference Tournament.
