The First Southern Baptist Church of Tallapoosa will be hosting its annual Men's Conference of the Bootheel on Saturday, Feb. 20, at the First Southern Baptist Church Mission Center. The theme for this year will be "But6 if not..." (Dan. 3:18).

A lunch will be provided at Noon, by the ladies of the church. Rev. Steve Bradford, Youth Pastor at Portageville FBC, will speak in Session 1.

Bro. Randy DeProw, Outreach Director at Gideon FBC, will speak in Session 2.

Bro. Steve & Christie Bradford from Portageville First Baptist Church and Dalton Miller III from Revive Ministries of Malden will provide special music.

"This will be a glorious day. You are encouraged to bring your sons and friends to experience God in a real, positive and personal way. There will be dynamic preaching, inspirational music, and sharing what God has done for you, your family and church," said Bro. Jerry Lindsey, pastor of First Southern Baptist Church.

"Our prayer is for God to stir the hearts of men for revival, and for it to sweep throughout the Bootheel and the surrounding area this year. We thank God for all He has done, for opportunities and blessings He provides today, and we continue to look for opportunities to join Him in His work."

Doors open at 7 a.m., with coffee, milk, doughnuts, juice and fellowship offered before the conference. There is no admittance fee. However, a free will love offering will be taken. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a can or box of food for the church's food pantry, which serves nearly 100 plus families each month.

If you are interested in attending, please contact Bro. Jerry through Feb. 10, so that a head count for food may be taken. Call 573-379-3641 or 573-276-8784.
