Dukes, Glaus named Students of the Month

SIKESTON -- Amber Linn Dukes and Michaela Colleen Glaus were named Sikeston High School Students of the Month for January.

Sikeston Public Schools Foundation, which sponsors the monthly program, names two seniors each month for the honor during the 2017-2018 school year.

Dukes is the daughter of Randy and Michelle Dukes and the Red Pepper vice cayenne. A member of National Honors Society, DECA, Student Council and Top 10 percent of her class, she is also the student life editor for The Barker. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time and relaxing with family.

Glaus, who is the daughter of Michael and Michelle Glaus, is the cayenne of Red Peppers. She's also the student body secretary, FBLA secretary, DECA vice president and member of the National Honors Society, A+ Program, FFA and Top 10 Percent. She enjoys cheering on the Bulldogs. In her spare time, she also likes to spend time wth her family and friends while going out to eat and watching movies.
