Locally, the Portageville FFA Chapter has received donations from AgXplore, Farm Credit Services and SRG. The John Deere and Case IH dealers in Portageville have brought tractors up for display in front of school and given caps for members. Orscheln in Sikeston loans us panels for the petting zoo and Tyson in Dexter gives us chicken breasts for the BBQ.

The National FFA Organization provides leadership, personal growth and career success training through agricultural education to 649,355 student members who belong to one of 7,859 local FFA chapters throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
