Paul Northern Jr.

SIKESTON -- Paul David Northern Jr., 49, died March 9, 2018, at his home in Sikeston.

Born June 10, 1968, in Sikeston, son of Paul David Northern Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Jenkins Northern of Sikeston, he had been a resident of this area all of his life. He had attended the Church of God of Prophecy in Bertrand and had been a machine operator at Alan Wire.

Besides his parents, survivors include: two sons, Christian Northern and John Thomas Northern of Sikeston; one stepson, Orion Evans of Rowlett, Texas; one brother, John Northern of Jackson; one sister, Penny Northern-Phanse of St. Louis; and three grandchildren, Chloe Stevens, Emma Stevens and Trinity Northern of Sikeston.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of God of Prophecy in Bertrand. The Rev. Jennifer Brashear, pastor, will officiate and the Rev. Scott Sutton, pastor of New Life Ministries of New Madrid, will assist.
